Chia Pudding Easy Recipe:

Chia pudding easy recipe While you can get several recipes with a long list of ingredients, I stumbled upon an easy recipe, which I make with minor variations.

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 2 cups of full-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds (can use either black or white)
  • 2 dates chopped
  • Any fruit apt for a strawberry/mango/berries/banana/kiwi)

Process:

In a bowl, add milk ((most recipes advice using coconut or almond milk. While I also prefer almond milk, I also make it with normal full-fat milk and it turns out fine). Pour in the seeds while whisking the milk. Add dates (I sometimes use dried apricots or 6-7 raisins). Mix them well so that the seeds spread put consistently. Refrigerate it overnight enjoy this delicious pudding as breakfast with a topping of your favorite fruit. I love adding mango or strawberries to it.

You can, of course, add ingredients as per your taste. Sometimes, I add a teaspoon or two of shredded coconut. You can add walnuts or almonds to make it crunchier.
