Murgh Hara Dhaniya

Ingredients

  • Chicken 260 gm
  • Green coriander 90 gm
  • Spinach 132 gm 
  • Jeera whole 0.5 gm
  • Tomato 100 gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger                                              13 gm
  • Garlic                                                 10 gm
  • Red chilli powder                               0.5 gm
  • Olive oil                                              1 dessert spoon

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil and add jeera, ginger & garlic and stir till it gets brown.
  2. Add spinach paste and stir for a few minutes.
  3. Add chicken, chopped tomato and coriander with 500 ml water.
  4. Add salt to taste and cook till the chicken is tender

Bhutte ki Tikki

Ingredients

  • Baby corn                           300 gm
  • Potato pahari                        95 gm
  • Ginger chopped                     15 gm
  • Chilli green                            10 gm
  • Olive oil                                   5 ml
  • Salt                                        to taste
  • Coriander leaves                   20 gm
  • Yellow chilli powder                 5 gm
  • Black cumin                             5 gm

Directions

  1. Mix finely chopped blanched baby corn with boiled potato.
  2. Add all ingredients, salt to taste & make a medium soft dough.
  3. Divide the prepared dough into eight to ten equal portions. 
  4. Wet your hand with a little water and flatten each portion, into a disk of two to three inches diameter. 
  5. Pour olive oil into a pan and shallow fry the tikkis on medium flame until they turn golden brown. Garnish with bell peppers or any ingredient of your choice and mint chutney.

Kiwi Burfi

Ingredients

  • Khoya                          80 gm
  • Ghee                              5 gm
  • Kiwi sliced                    20 gm
  • Sugar                             10 gm

Directions

  1. Grate khoya and put it into a pan on slow fire.
  2. Keep stirring and add sugar & ghee 
  3. Mix it well & keep stirring till it melts.
  4. Take it out from the fire and spread it on a plate greased with ghee.
  5. Allow it to get a little hard and then cut it with a knife into smaller pieces.
  6. Keep sliced kiwi in between three pieces.
