Review: Zoook Power Vault 10000 mAh

According to Daily Mail UK, the biggest phobia in the world today is Nomophobia – the fear of being without your mobile. The fear includes losing reception, running out of battery, and losing sight of your phone. While losing network or your device itself is not in your control, charging certainly is. While travelling, however, a drained out phone battery is our nightmare. Come to the rescue: a powerbank.

Thankfully, there are several brands in the market now offering these angelic devices. Zoook, born in France, sent us a power vault for review.

First, let’s take a look at the features:

  • LED charging-capacity indicator
  • Twin USB outputs that allow simultaneous charging
  • Charges mobile phones, bluetooth headsets, smartphones/PDAs, MP3 players, portable gaming devices, GPS devices and more
  • 10000 mAh capacity
  • Weight: 326g
  • Battery type: Li-Ion

With 10000 mAh power, Zoook PowerVault ZP-PB 10 MP+ is a powerful device. Minimalist in design, the silver coloured power bank does not have any buttons. You need to simply plug in your phone and it starts charging automatically. There are LED indicators blinking to reflect the status of the power bank battery’s charge – each light represents 25% of power remaining.

The power bank takes about 10-11 hours to charge. Once fueled up, it charges an average phone about 3-4 times. Two USB ports give you the convenience of charging two devices at once.

Thumbs Down

– It heats up only a little while charging.

– It is slightly bulky as compared to some other devices available in the market.

It is, however, easy to carry as it fits in the palm of your hand.

MRP is Rs 1995
