WHERE TO GO THIS WEEKEND?

Photo Story: Take Time to See The Woods We Pass…

Nehru Park. It’s one of our favourite places in Delhi. A popular picnic spot in Delhi, it is a huge park spread over 80 acres. The park is home to several varieties of trees, plants, flowers, and birds. We usually go here for our morning or evening walks while during winters we end up spending much of our afternoons here. Stroll around, go for a jog, make use of the park gym, or simply sit back and watch. Take time to sit and silently converse with nature. And also to ponder that the world needs more trees and less concrete.

Here’s an ode to our beloved Nehru Park through pictures of some of the trees here.

You don’t have to travel far to marvel at the beauty of a sunset or sunrise. Just pause and look around.
