Crafted with brilliance, each recipe is a masterpiece which is artistically explained in the book. Recipes of their popular dish the Juicy Lucy Burger, Sindhi Kadhi, Khichdi, Mumbaiyya Vada Pav, Galouti Kebab, Raw Papaya Salad among others are included.

Ingredients
1 large ripe avocado, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 green chillies, minced
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper to taste
2 large tomatoes, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3-4 sprigs fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 cup sour cream
2 large potatoes, peeled, cut into wedges & soaked in salted water
oil for deep frying
1 cup flavoured potato crisps
1 cup Kerala banana chips
1 cup tortilla chips
Method
• In a small mixing bowl, combine avocado, with onion and green chillies, mash with a fork and
set aside. Season with salt and pepper, and refrigerate to chill.
• In another small mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes with garlic and parsley and set aside.
• Season with salt and pepper, and refrigerate to chill.
• Also combine the sour cream, salt and pepper and mix well. Remove into a serving bowl,
cover and refrigerate to chill.
• Drain the potatoes properly and pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.
• Heat oil in a kadhai or wok over medium-high flame. Add the potato wedges and deep fry till
golden, crisp on the surface and cooked through. Remove from kadhai and drain on absorbent
kitchen paper.
• In a serving bowl or basket, combine the potato wedges with potato crisps, Kerala banana chips
and tortilla chips. Serve with chilled dips.
Serves 4
