Queen of melody Asha Bhosle has entertained us with her evergreen voice for over 75 years. It is not surprising that the legendary singer’s wax figure will find place at the soon to open Madame Tussauds museum in Delhi.
In an event held in Delhi, the singer unveiled her life-like wax figure, which will be displayed at the museum’s music zone. “The wax figure has been beautifully made. It looks like my mirror image,” said Asha Bhosle at the event.
Talking about the museum, Anshul Jain, general manager and director, Merlin Entertainments India Pvt. Ltd informed, “The museum, spread over two floors, will be divided into different zones: history, music, sports, politics. There will be 50 figures in total.”
Other icons at the special music zone at Madame Tussauds Delhi will include wax figures of Shreya Ghoshal, Sonu Nigam, Beyonce, Michael Jackson and Lady Gaga.
